Rajiv Gambhir is a visionary leader and advocate for youth empowerment and community development. With a deep commitment to nurturing young talent and fostering positive social change, he founded the Rajiv Gambhir Youth Brigade (RGYB) to create a platform where young people can learn, grow, and lead with purpose. Rajiv believes that the youth are the key to a brighter future and has dedicated his efforts to equipping them with the skills, confidence, and opportunities they need to drive impactful change in their communities and beyond. His mission is to inspire India’s next generation to take up roles of leadership, responsibility, and service, contributing to a more united and prosperous nation.

Our Programs
1. Leadership Training and Development:
We offer training programs and workshops that cultivate essential leadership skills such as public speaking, critical thinking, and project management. Through mentorship and guidance, we prepare young individuals to take on leadership roles in their communities and beyond.

2. Social Initiatives and Community Projects: RGYB leads and supports initiatives focused on social issues, including education, healthcare, environment, and digital literacy.
